The marketing division of a large company failed twice in an 18-month period to successfully fill a key position.
IPA Consultants worked with Senior Executives to refine the job description, to identify “success factors,” and to refine the selection process. Information regarding the department and the organization was gathered to ensure that the candidate would be a good fit. The search was narrowed to two candidates and the IPA Consultant met with each to administer testing and to conduct behavioral interviews. The candidate who was hired has been described as a “perfect fit.” The Marketing Director reports that productivity is at an all-time high.
